As an RMN, you will be responsible for deputising in a clinical lead role, developing the service, auditing, and improving quality. You will also work closely with the management team to achieve these goals.

A strong understanding of current nursing practices, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care are essential for this position. The estimated salary for this role is around £41,744 - £51,318 per annum, based on experience and location.
