Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Accounting and Administrative Support Associate to join our team at Rentokil Initial plc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial, administrative, and clerical services to the business.
  • Administer supplier queries and resolve internal and external issues via telephone and email.
  • Support accounts assistants with Purchase Invoice processing and escalate significant issues promptly.
  • Process payments (BACS, CHAPS, Cheques, Direct Debits) and supplier statement reconciliations.
Requirements
  • Able to deliver to strict guidelines and tight deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality concerning financial and employee files.
  • Excellent IT skills including Word/Excel.
  • Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and flexibility.
  • Good spoken and written communication skills and organisational skills.
