Financial Crime Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Crime Analyst to join our team at Yolk Recruitment. As a Financial Crime Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the prevention of financial crime and the development of more junior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the success of our team by identifying and mitigating financial crime risks.
  • Develop and implement effective transaction monitoring processes and Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs).
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in financial crime prevention with a solid track record of career progression.
  • Previous experience in mentorship or team leadership, ensuring quality standards are met through review and feedback on junior team members' work.
  • Strong working knowledge of transaction monitoring processes and SAR reporting.
