Private Client Consultant Role

As a Private Client Consultant at Selfridges, you will be an integral part of a team that delivers exceptional customer experiences. Your primary focus will be on building and nurturing relationships with clients, providing personalized service, and promoting Selfridges' products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a credible client book by nurturing existing relationships and proactively recruiting new clients.
  • Engage clients in the world of Selfridges, introducing them to new products and experiences, and encouraging frequency.
  • Host appointments, focus on getting to know clients better, and proactively follow up to build relationships and drive retention.
  • Create the extraordinary by delivering the Selfridges Experience to clients, actively engaging them around the VIP programme, and encouraging them to attend events.
  • Be responsible for preparing areas for client hosting, maintaining housekeeping standards, and having refreshments ready for their arrival.
  • Advise clients on the latest products and trends across divisions, delivered through different service propositions.
  • Elevate the client experience by working confidently and collaboratively with brand partners and team members.
  • Be flexible and able to step in and support the front-of-house team to deliver extraordinary service.
