Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Administrator to join our team at Company name (Withheld). As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales and Finance teams, ensuring accurate and timely billing and assisting with vendor documentation and compliance verifications.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • 1-3 years commercial experience in an administrative role, preferably in a SaaS/technology company
  • Solid organisational and time management skills, capable of multi-tasking with accuracy and close attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce (or similar CRM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process daily invoices to ensure accurate and timely billing
  • Collaborate with the finance team to follow up on overdue invoices, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution
  • Assist the Sales Operations Manager with vendor documentation, tax inquiries, and compliance verifications
  • Be agile and use initiative to support a varied portfolio of operational projects as assigned
  • Deliver a high standard of service to customers and support internal stakeholders e.g. Sales with responding to customer queries when required

Salary and Benefits:

  • £35,000 per annum, plus bonus
  • Hybrid working arrangement: Monday and Friday - work from home, Tuesday to Thursday - work onsite in London
