About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer/Artworker to join our dynamic Design team at New Look. As a key member of our creative hub, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality visual communications that inspire our customers and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity, working closely with Design Managers to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Execute briefs from Senior Head of Fashion and Design Managers, fostering close working relationships and delivering creative solutions on time.
  • Generate and apply creative ideas accurately through to artwork, ensuring high standards and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects, including motion graphics and animations, while adhering to critical path deadlines.
About You
  • Strong design skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work to deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of the latest design software packages, including InDesign, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator, as well as PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.
