Barista Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at One Retail, helping us deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality beverages on a part-time basis. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in crafting beautifully crafted drinks and providing a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare perfectly blended drinks and serve high-quality food that delights our customers
• Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area
• Process payments efficiently and effectively
• Work collaboratively as an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
• Manage stock levels and maintain a clean environment
• Stay up-to-date with brewing methods, beverage blends, and presentation techniques

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles is essential
• Able to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
• Excellent timekeeping and reliability skills
• Familiarity with brewing equipment and its maintenance
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
