Care Assistant

As a Female Care Assistant at Cera Care, you will be supporting our mission to transform social care and enable individuals to live longer, healthier, and happier lives in their own homes. Your role will involve providing companionship, reassurance, and joy to those you care for.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, and understanding. You will be required to assist with personal care, including continence support, washing and dressing, managing medications, cooking or preparing hot meals, and helping with domestic tasks.
We offer a competitive salary of £17.40 per hour, plus enhancements for bank holidays and Christmas/New Year. You will also receive guaranteed hours, holiday pay, pension scheme, free DBS/PVG, company mobile phone, uniform, paid mileage, and access to our benefits and discounts platform WeCare.
