Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Systems Transformation Specialist to join our team at ASOS. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities related to the profit model, ensuring that finance teams deliver inputs in compliance with required formats and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activities for the profit model, ensuring that finance teams deliver inputs in compliance with required formats and timelines.
  • Review current processes and identify areas for improvement to increase the accuracy of our allocation methods and quality of insights.
  • Work with the Financial Accounting Team and FinTech to ensure our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics) is properly configured to support effective management reporting, cash flow forecasting, and other core FP&A processes.
  • Collaborate with the wider finance team and FinTech to build and maintain high-quality master-data sets, focusing on holding information in source systems and moving towards one-version-of-the-truth reporting.
  • Utilize systems and tooling, including SQL, PowerBI, and Vena, to support a wide range of ad-hoc queries and analysis, supporting information requests from FP&A and across finance.

Requirements

  • Part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent) with significant experience supporting finance teams through technology platforms.
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to effectively build productive relationships across finance teams.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, with an in-depth understanding of best practices.
  • Experience using a range of forecasting and planning solutions, ideally including TM1, Vena, and Workday.
  • Experience using a range of reporting solutions, ideally including PowerBI and SQL.
