Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Sales Negotiator to join our team at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward. As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key part in helping buyers find the right property, working with vendors to support them in the sales process from marketing through to negotiation, progressing a sale, and to the final move-in day. You will offer exceptional customer service to your buyers, vendors, solicitors, mortgage consultants, and any other parties.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage daily interactions with buyers
  2. Regular communication with vendors regarding the property market
  3. Coordinate and conduct viewings
  4. Negotiate offers
  5. Ensure sales progression
  6. Build strong relationships with clients, including third parties
