About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Building Regulations Compliance Testing Engineer to join our team at WMS & Site Sound.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in sound insulation testing, air tightness testing, and ventilation testing.
  • Knowledge of SAPs calculations is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct sound insulation and air tightness tests in residential buildings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients in the London and Home Counties area.
  • Work independently from home, with occasional travel to client sites.

Requirements
