We are seeking an experienced Facilities Technician Supervisor to join our team, playing a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and supporting our staff and customers.

Salary and Benefits

This fixed-term position offers a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, plus a range of excellent benefits, including 36 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, with a 2-week rotational shift pattern.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual who can demonstrate a strong understanding of facilities management principles and practices. As a Facilities Technician Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of technicians, managing facilities maintenance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

You will work closely with our estates team to deliver a range of projects, including minor works, planned maintenance, and reactive repairs. Your expertise will help us to maintain our assets, improve energy efficiency, and reduce waste.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A relevant qualification in facilities management or a related field

• Proven experience in a facilities management or maintenance role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
