Hotel Finance Controller Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Finance Controller to join our team at Kerry Robert Associates. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing revenue control, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, credit control, and payroll information.

Reporting to the General Manager and Group Financial Controller, you will assist with ad-hoc finance information required by head office. This is an ideal opportunity for a hotel-based Assistant Financial Controller with strong day-to-day controls and transactional knowledge looking to step up into their first hotel Finance Controller role.

As a Hotel Finance Controller, you will have the opportunity to develop your existing hotel finance and supervisory experience further, including additional cluster Finance Controller responsibilities within a supportive and forward-thinking company environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee revenue control, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, credit control, and payroll information
  • Assist with ad-hoc finance information required by head office
  • Supervise a small finance team
  • Develop and implement financial controls and procedures
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management

Requirements:

  • Hotel-based Assistant Financial Controller with strong day-to-day controls and transactional knowledge
  • Experience in hotel finance and supervisory roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
