Senior Team Support Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Team Support Coordinator to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring seamless delivery of customer service and sales targets.
  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Supervise and motivate a team of colleagues, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to drive performance and growth.
  • Maintain Excellent Customer Service: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Analyze Data and Drive Performance: Use data analysis skills to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of Retail Operations: Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales, customer service, and store management.
Salary:

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
