Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Class 1 Shunter Driver to join our team at our Bellshill Depot. As a Class 1 Shunter Driver, you will be responsible for coordinating the onsite bay movements, ensuring that all equipment is fully compliant with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the onsite bay movements to ensure efficient and safe operation
  • Conduct regular checks on all vehicles and trailers to ensure they meet the necessary safety and compliance standards
  • Prioritize, assess, and control safety, health, and workplace risks
  • Identify potential hazards and take preventive measures
Requirements
  • Terberg experience is mandatory
  • HGV Class 1 Licence is mandatory
  • Current CPC and digital driving card is mandatory
  • No more than 6 minor points on driving licence
  • Excellent team member with the ability to work well on their own initiative
  • Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and extremely reliable
