Residential Care Specialist

The Cambian Group is a leading provider of children's services, and we are seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our team at one of our residential homes in Shropshire. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to young people aged 8-18 who require assistance with their daily lives.
In this rewarding role, you will work closely with the management team and other support staff to ensure that the needs of our residents are met. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include supporting young people with their morning routines, helping them with homework or activities, and ensuring they feel safe and supported within the home environment. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and comfortable living space, preparing meals, and engaging in activities that promote social skills and emotional well-being.
We offer a competitive salary of £24,173 (pro-rata) per annum, paid on an hourly rate of £11.92, plus additional benefits such as annual leave, bonuses, and career development opportunities. Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
