Job Title: ECT Practitioner

This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a supportive team and contribute to an innovative service leading the way nationally in delivering all-age, family-focused, psychosocial, and trauma-responsive care.



Main Responsibilities:


  • Provide senior clinical leadership and supervision to a team of clinicians.
  • Develop and implement trauma-responsive approaches to support individuals and organisations impacted by major incidents.
  • Collaborate with partner organisations to develop and deliver specialist training on trauma-related issues.
  • Contribute to the development of consultation services for partner organisations developing trauma-responsive approaches.


Requirements:


  • Current professional registration and commitment to continued professional development.
  • Experience working as a senior clinician in clinical settings meeting the core competencies of the post.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work in a trauma-responsive way.
  • Commitment to the values and beliefs of the Greater Manchester Resilience Hub.
