Care Support Assistant

As a Companion Care Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients in their own homes, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Providing assistance with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and light housework;
- Accompanying clients to appointments or outings, promoting social interaction and companionship;
- Assisting with self-care and taking medications, as required;
In return, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including a competitive salary of £13.00 per hour weekdays, rising to £13.50 after 150 hours completed. Our comprehensive benefits package includes paid holidays, company pension, Blue Light card discount, and 24x7 Employee Assistance for you and your family.
