**About the Role**

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Security Receptionist to join our team at our city centre location with free parking. As a Security Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and well-being of our staff and visitors.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Open and close the building as scheduled, ensuring all security measures are followed, including setting and unsetting the intruder alarm to maintain site security
* Check and verify passes of staff and visitors, managing access and egress to ensure a secure environment while maintaining a smooth flow of people
* Greet and assist visitors and employees with a friendly and professional attitude, addressing inquiries and providing a welcoming first impression
* Perform general receptionist tasks such as answering phone calls, handling inquiries and coordinating deliveries and appointments in an efficient manner
* Maintain the reception area in an organised and professional state, ensuring that it reflects a positive image of the company while staying vigilant for any potential security concerns

**Essential Skills**

* SIA Licence - Desirable
* Access to vehicle/good transport links
* RTW and 5yr checkable history
* Customer focussed and a good communicator
* Good attention to detail
* Friendly and welcoming demeanour
* Flexible to work Monday - Friday shifts
