SolarWinds Senior Administrator/Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled SolarWinds Senior Administrator/Engineer to join our team on a long-term project. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who specializes in SolarWinds to work with a prestigious consultancy in Northampton.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and implement SolarWinds WPM to monitor web applications, including setting up synthetic transactions and performance metrics.
  • Ensure the successful deployment of Orion Agents across the server environment.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership during the implementation phase.
  • Ensure that best practices are followed during the configuration and deployment of SAM and WPM.
  • Lead the testing and validation of the SolarWinds implementation to ensure accurate data collection, alerting, and reporting.
  • Perform load and performance testing to confirm that the system meets the required standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in SolarWinds administration and engineering.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of SolarWinds products.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
