About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team at Outsource UK Limited. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing support to the HR Business Partner team and contributing to the delivery of HR services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the analysis of industry trends and company data to identify opportunities for improvement in HR service delivery.
  • Participate in the identification of opportunities for increased efficiency and synergy across the organization.
  • Monitor and report on critical business processes, using tools such as Success Factors, to enable people activities such as Reward, Learning and Development.
  • Organize presentations, prepare reports, and collect information to support objectives, such as absence reviews.
  • Support other members of the HR Business Partner team through organizational skills, including minuting actions at local HR meetings.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated knowledge specific to the Human Resources function.
  • Some awareness of external market standards and trends.
  • Using your knowledge to deliver immediate value on day-to-day delivery of tasks.
  • Gathering and using information to deliver outcomes and seek opportunities to improve.
