Nursery Nurse Job Description

As a Nursery Nurse with Aspire People, you will be working in a lovely Nursery in Edgbaston, supporting the care and education of children aged 0-4 years old. Your role will involve supervising and motivating children, planning and implementing learning activities, and observing and assessing their development.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support children in a nursery setting
* Plan and implement learning activities to meet individual needs
* Observe and assess children's learning and development
* Work in partnership with colleagues, parents, and carers to meet the needs of children

Requirements:
* Level 3 or above qualifications in childcare or early years
* DBS on the update service or willing to have a new one processed
* Paediatric First Aid or willing to undergo 2-day training course
* Comfortable with nappies if required
