Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Midwife to join our team on a bank basis, providing autonomous midwifery care while working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality safe midwifery care, ensuring consistently high standards of practice and clinical excellence in accordance with NMC guidelines.
- Plan and implement individualized midwifery care that is centered around women's needs and preferences.
- Ensure accurate risk assessments and referrals are completed, documented, and actioned.
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to implement patient care plans, reporting any deviations from protocols.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of national and local developments in maternity care.
Requirements
- Current NMC registration as a Midwife
- Evidence of ongoing professional development and training
- Experience in all clinical areas, including labor, postnatal, and antenatal care
- Familiarity with relevant professional rules and codes of practice
Compensation
