About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Forge Wood. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for the individuals we support.

Our residential service in Forge Wood is a welcoming and friendly environment where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. You will be responsible for teaching new life skills, assisting with personal care, and encouraging our residents to access their local communities and engage in social activities.

Requirements
