About the Role

  • You'll be responsible for driving great execution and leading our full-stack development efforts. You'll work closely with teams to implement processes, set expectations, manage risks, and allocate resources effectively.
  • You'll develop a quality playbook for your teams, including standards for pull requests, code reviews, testing, and monitoring. You'll be a direct contributor and comfortable coding, delegating, and hiring as needed.
  • You'll be fluent in REACT, marketplaces, payment infrastructure, and hybrid approaches of custom and no-code/low-code app development.
  • You'll ensure the team owns the operation of data, systems, and apps in production, driving resolution of critical issues and root cause analysis-driven actions.
  • You'll cultivate a great culture where team members can do their best work, building relationships and working with contractors as needed.
  • You'll be a rapid learner, quickly ramping up on new languages, frameworks, and systems.
  • You'll understand and drive techniques for leading projects and improving productivity, raising the visibility of the team's work within the organization.
  • You'll be empathetic, happy to help others succeed, and make wise decisions about where to invest your time.
