Dimensions is seeking experienced and respectful Support Workers to join our team in Llanmorlais, Swansea.

About the Role

We are looking for individuals who can provide high-quality support to two gentlemen, M and P, who have complex emotional responses. The successful candidate will be able to work with the utmost respect, integrity, and compassion, and will have a strong understanding of autism, ADHD, and anxiety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support with physical activities such as cycling, walking, and trampolining
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including intimate personal care
  • Support with communication, including sign language
  • Work as part of a large team to provide 24-hour support
  • Participate in Positive Behaviour Management training
Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Manual UK or EU driving licence
  • Experience of supporting individuals with complex emotional responses
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
