About the Job:
We are looking for a highly skilled Healthcare Leader to join our team as Director of Health Inequalities Strategy. The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate the objectives focusing on the delivery for both adults and children and young people.
Job Description:
- Lead on the West Midlands Cancer Alliance 8-point Health Inequalities plan and support the delivery of this programme across six ICBs
- Work in partnership with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver on the 8 objectives of the health inequalities plan
- Develop and implement initiatives to reduce health inequalities in cancer services
Requirements:
- A proven track record of delivering Health Inequalities programmes across complex systems
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
Salary: £85,000 - £105,000 per annum.
