Job Title: Multi Trader

Join Nuco Solutions Ltd as a skilled Multi Trader to work on a variety of social housing maintenance projects. As a self-employed operative, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks including multi-trade work, plumbing, carpentry, paneling, patch plastering, vinyl flooring, and kitchen and bathroom fitting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out multi-trade work, including plumbing, carpentry, and paneling
  • Install and repair vinyl flooring
  • Fitting and installation of kitchens and bathrooms
  • Patch plastering and other minor repairs
Requirements:
  • Own transport and tools
  • Experience in social housing and high-volume works
  • Knowledge of kitchen and bathroom programs
  • Multi-trade experience
