We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at GSL Education. As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher and providing the best possible education for children in Primary Schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality education to students with a variety of additional needs.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to stimulate and motivate students.
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to ensure a smooth and effective learning environment.

Requirements:

  • HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent team spirit and good behaviour management skills.
  • Passion for teaching and a strong command of the curriculum.
  • Up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
  • DBS registered to the update service or willing to apply for one with GSL Education.
