Shero Talent Consultancy is seeking a skilled and experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a leading consultancy in the industry, we specialize in providing top-notch talent to our clients.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of air conditioning systems in both commercial and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, including VRV, VRF, and split systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in air conditioning units
  • Provide exceptional customer service and professional advice on air conditioning systems
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on various HVAC systems
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety standards
  • Maintain accurate records of all work carried out
  • Liaise with customers and other tradespeople to ensure the efficient completion of projects

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer (minimum 4 years)
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent)
  • F-Gas certification is essential
  • Good understanding of health and safety regulations in the HVAC industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence
