Join Our Team as a Technical SEO Manager

Wolf & Badger is a pioneering B-Corp that's revolutionising the e-commerce landscape. We're on a mission to make retail fair, connecting customers with ethically sourced fashion, design, home, and beauty through our online marketplace and flagship stores.

We're seeking an experienced Technical SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimisation efforts as we continue to scale our marketplace in the UK, US, and internationally.

About the Role

As a Technical SEO Manager at Wolf & Badger, you'll be responsible for developing and executing technical SEO strategies to improve our website's ranking. You'll lead technical SEO projects, work closely with our product and technical teams, and conduct in-depth keyword and competitor research to inform your strategy.

You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive SEO initiatives, perform advanced analytics and data interpretation, and provide SEO training and guidance to team members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute technical SEO strategies to improve website ranking
  • Lead technical SEO projects and work closely with product and technical teams
  • Conduct in-depth keyword and competitor research to inform strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive SEO initiatives
  • Perform advanced analytics and data interpretation
  • Provide SEO training and guidance to team members and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Significant experience (3+ years) in managing large-scale technical SEO projects
  • Prior responsibility for adjusting site architecture, crawling optimisation, and new page launches
  • Strong Excel/G-Sheet skills and proven capability to handle measurement and reporting across multiple platforms
  • Strong sense of ownership and resilience in improving the website, working with other teams collaboratively
  • Experience with building business cases and convincing stakeholders with data
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Search Console
