Audit Partner Opportunity in Norwich

We are seeking an experienced Audit Partner to join our team in Norwich. As a seasoned auditor, you will lead our audit function, ensuring excellence is delivered to clients from various business sectors.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving strategic target setting, forecasting, and reporting on department budgeting.
  • Growing the audit team through recruitment, mentorship, and professional development.
  • Overseeing the delivery of the audit function, ensuring expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met.
  • Acting as Responsible Individual on various engagements, including large and complex audits.
  • Professionally representing the firm during networking opportunities, confidently scoping new business opportunities.
  • Identifying services that will add value to your portfolio of clients.
  • Championing the firm's values within the team, motivating those around you.
  • Providing professional and personable client-facing communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Audit Partner with extensive experience of managing a diverse audit portfolio.
  • Proven track record of leading an audit department with a commercial approach.
  • Previous leadership experience at a high level, able to inspire a team.
  • Confident to represent the firm within new networks to secure new business.
  • Strategically minded in reviewing processes and improving systems to boost efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written.
