Job Title: Mobile Body Repair Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Adept Services Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled service and maintenance engineer to work in the North West of England, covering an area between Manchester, Chorley, Wigan, Warrington, and Bolton.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine preventative maintenance to avoid downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Perform service visits as per schedules, including machine and boiler annual services, to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular testing, such as PAT and ventilation checks, to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Assist with installations, refits, modifications, and strip outs, working closely with the Regional Business Unit team.
  • Provide telephone support to branches relating to minor equipment problems, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Technical Requirements:

We are flexible on the technical background of the engineer, considering electrical qualified persons, refrigeration engineers, or all-round factory machine maintenance engineers. Our comprehensive training program will ensure that all new engineers meet the required standards.

What We Offer:
  • A basic salary of circa £35,000, including a London Waiting allowance.
  • Overtime (OTE approx. £40K) and a company van for business use.
  • A periodic on-call allowance and 30 days holiday rising to 33 days (inclusive of bank holidays).
