We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Supporting Families Development Analyst. As a key member of our Children and Family Services team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Service Manager in driving improvement and enhancing the support provided to families in West Berkshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse and interpret complex data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement within the service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the support provided to families, using data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different teams and disciplines to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders, using excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Utilize Excel to gather, analyse, and interpret data, with the ability to develop good IT systems.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, analyse, and interpret complex data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot trends and patterns.
  • Good understanding of performance management and the ability to use data to drive improvement.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different teams and disciplines.
