About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Motor Auditor to join our team at Aviva. As a Motor Auditor, you will play a key role in motivating and coaching Aviva and external supplier employees to make sustainable improvements in safety, quality, and cost performance on motor accident repairs and total loss settlements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities for improvement across Motor Repairers, Engineers, and Total Loss settlement teams.
  • Use your technical motor expertise to develop and implement coaching, training, and best practice sharing programs.
  • Provide assurance and context to senior management to enable holistic change.
  • Prevent unsatisfactory repairs from being carried out or released and re-negotiate costs to balance fairness to all parties involved.
Requirements
  • Highly experienced with expert and current knowledge in the motor repair and motor insurance industry, with ATA accreditation.
  • A balanced mindset with strong relationship management and diplomacy skills.
  • Commercially astute with excellent organisational skills.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.
  • A competent Audatex user.
