About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Children's Home Registered Manager to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals to provide exceptional care and support to young people in our residential home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of each young person.
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to ensure high-quality care standards are maintained.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including parents, carers, and other professionals, to promote the welfare of young people.
  • Ensure the home is a safe and nurturing environment for young people to thrive.
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure the smooth operation of the home.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in residential care, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Level 3 in Children's Residential Care is essential, with Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare preferred.
  • Knowledge of The Quality Standards, SCCIF, childcare legislation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Full UK driving license required.
