Postion Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Coordinator to join our team at Ledgers Halifax. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting continuous account analysis and reconciliations for clients, processing accounts payable, and managing accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify invoices and coding expenses
  • Assist with tax-related preparation of documentation and coordinating with our franchise head office
  • Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing customers and tracking payments
  • Proficient in using Quickbooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Word)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, payables/receivables, budgeting, and Canadian tax regulations

Requirements:

  • Accounting diploma or recognized bookkeeping certifications minimum acceptable education, and/or 2 years experience
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality working with sensitive financial information
