Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join our team at an outstanding rated nursery in the heart of London, Westminster.

About the Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development. You will work closely with the Room Leader to plan and implement the curriculum, building positive relationships with the team, parents, and carers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver stimulating experiences that contribute to children's development
  • Support the Room Leader in curriculum planning and implementation
  • Build strong relationships with the team, parents, and carers
  • Uphold the nursery's high standards and policies
  • Mentor junior staff members to develop their capabilities

Requirements

  • Hold a relevant childcare qualification at level 3 or above
  • Significant experience working with children in a nursery setting
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Good organisational, record-keeping, and planning skills
  • Able to work as part of a sociable team
