We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in preparing orders for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Picking and packing customer orders into shopping totes with high accuracy and care.
- Receiving goods from suppliers and decanting products into totes, requiring attention to detail and accuracy.
- Loading individual totes into frames, which are then loaded into our delivery vans for our customers, and sorting and organizing totes coming back to site.
- Picking and packing frozen items for customer orders into totes, requiring high standards and great care, as you will be working in temperatures up to -25℃.
We offer a range of shift patterns to suit different lifestyles, including:
- Day shifts: 06:00 - 17:00, 07:00 - 17:00
- Night shifts: 19:00 - 05:00, 21:00 - 07:00, 19:00 - 05:00
- Competitive hourly rate: £11.76 per hour
- Night shift premium: plus £2.50 per hour between the hours of 10pm and 6am
- Overtime paid at basic x 1.25
- Nights Freezer Premium: 0.80p uplift as well as 2.50 per hour between the hours of 10pm and 6am
- Enhanced digital GP service for you and your dependents
- 50% earned salary advances for four-weekly paid employees
- High street shopping and restaurant discounts, including 15% off Ocado.com
- Up to 7% matched pension contributions after three months of service
