Electrical Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technologist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have recently completed their apprenticeship, are mid-career, or are senior engineers.

As an Electrical Technologist, you will be part of a large, supportive team undertaking both planned and reactive maintenance across our plant. Your tasks will include:

• Undertaking planned and reactive maintenance within a heavy engineering or manufacturing environment
• Maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment
• Mentoring apprentices and managing contractors as needed
• Ordering spare parts and materials

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A City & Guilds Level C/3 or NVQ 3 Standard qualification in Electrical Engineering
• Proven experience in undertaking planned and reactive maintenance within a relevant environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This role is commutable from various locations including Birmingham, Cradley Heath, Dudley, Smethwick, Wednesbury, Rowley Regis, and West Bromwich. Please note that candidates must have the right to live and work in the UK.
