We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Landscape Planning Lead to join our team at Flagship Consulting. As an Associate Landscape Architect, you will be responsible for managing projects and clients in your region, while contributing to business development. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience working as a landscape planner, an academic qualification in landscape architecture or a similar environmental discipline, and Chartered Membership of the Landscape Institute (or equivalent experience).

You will be responsible for providing initial due diligence and design development advice, producing Landscape/Townscape Visual Impact Appraisals and Assessments, and preparing landscape strategy, framework, and rebuttal documents. Additionally, you will engage with our team of partners and employees across the UK to harmonize with junior members and steer through the regional workload.

The successful candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, experience in project and client management, and the ability to mentor younger team members and motivate a team. A full UK driving license is also required. We are looking for someone who is in alignment with our company values and has a commercial awareness and experience in business development.
