About the Job:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Christmas Support Team Member to join our team at NEXT. As a Christmas Support Team Member, you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience to our customers on the sales floor, helping them to find the perfect products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer fast and friendly service to customers, answering their queries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Share your knowledge of our products with customers, providing recommendations and advice to help them make informed purchasing decisions
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high standard of store presentation and organization
  • Process deliveries and restock shelves as needed, ensuring that the store is fully stocked and merchandised
  • Support the management team in achieving sales targets and store objectives
  • Take ownership of your own development, identifying areas for improvement and seeking feedback from colleagues and managers

About You:

We are looking for a great communicator who is friendly, calm, and efficient, even on their busiest days. You should be excited about the challenge of a varied and fast-paced job, and be flexible and supportive in your approach. What's Next:
