Senior Private Client Solicitor Opportunity

QED Legal LLP is seeking an experienced Senior Private Client Solicitor to join their team in Hertford, Hertfordshire.

The ideal candidate will have managerial experience and a strong track record of delivering high-quality legal services to clients. They will be responsible for leading a small team and contributing to the firm's growth and development.

The role will involve a varied caseload, including:

  • Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Trusts, including discretionary trusts and trust registration
  • Estates and Court of Protection matters
  • Advising on funding and local authority issues
  • Appeals for continuing healthcare

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary, bonus scheme, and a range of benefits, including 25 days' holiday, BUPA healthcare, and life assurance. They will also have the opportunity to work from home 2-3 days per week.
