**Job Title:** Visitor Centre Guide

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Visitor Centre Guide to join our team at Brown-Forman. As a Visitor Centre Guide, you will be responsible for hosting brand experiences, including tours of the distillery and tastings, delivering information confidently to guests of the homeplace.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Welcoming guests to The Glendronach in a friendly and professional manner.

• Hosting tours of the production areas and warehousing.

• Confidently presenting whisky tastings.

• Promoting the sale of our products to guests, including whisky and branded items.

• Preparing and serving drinks, including cocktails, coffee, and soft drinks, behind the bar.

• Ensuring compliance with daily checks and requirements.

• Ensuring the Homeplace is kept clean, tidy, and free from hazards at all times.

• Driving safety initiatives and ensuring safe working conditions exist.

**Requirements:**

  • Face-to-face customer service or retail experience.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Confidence in dealing with people from all walks of life in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a methodical manner.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Team player.
  • Keen attention to detail with a commitment to follow through and follow-up.
  • Willingness to work a rotating schedule to cover a 7-day/week operation.
