About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at a busy primary school in Erdington. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for supervising the cleaning team and ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Communicating with the site team regarding cleaning matters
  • Supervising the cleaning team and monitoring their work
  • Cleaning and maintaining the school premises, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and cleaning floors with machinery
  • Cleaning toilets and internal windows
  • Monitoring other afternoon staff

This is a permanent part-time position, working 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 15:00-18:00. Previous supervising experience is essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £12.44 per hour, plus training, uniform, and a DBS check. A clear DBS check is required for this role.
