About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Accounting Manager to join our team at ProTalent. As a key member of our accounting practice, you will be responsible for managing the cloud accounting department and overseeing the work of a team of bookkeepers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the cloud accounting department, including job allocation and staff supervision.
- Liaise with new clients to resolve technical points and provide support to trainees.
- Review work and provide feedback to staff.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are up-to-date with the latest cloud accounting software and best practices.
- Lead a growing cloud accounting department and manage a portfolio of clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cloud accounting and bookkeeping, with a strong knowledge of Xero, Sage Online, and QuickBooks.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
