Defence Industry Growth Manager

We are looking for a skilled Defence Industry Growth Manager to join our team and drive business expansion in the aerospace and defence markets. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and growing existing relationships with key clients.
You will have a strong track record of success selling into tier one and OEM markets, with a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of these sectors. Your expertise in adhesives, tapes, sealants, silicones, or related technical consumable products will enable you to provide innovative solutions to customer challenges.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking company, working closely with the Sales Director and Marketing Manager to drive business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop new business opportunities in the aerospace and defence markets

Estimated salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum. Benefits package includes bonus scheme, car allowance, mileage, pension scheme, death in service, and full home remote comms.
