This role involves managing a team of over 50 staff, divided into three specialized areas, with the Registered Manager overseeing the entire building. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and services to individuals with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of over 50 staff, ensuring high-quality care and services are delivered to individuals with learning disabilities
- Oversee the entire building, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective management of resources
- Develop and implement strategies to improve care and services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of recent experience as an LD children's home manager
- Level 3 Residential Child Care Diploma (or commitment to achieving Level 5)
- Proven Good/Outstanding track record with Ofsted
