About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Centre Manager to lead our Cheltenham, Swindon Road centre to success. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a team of skilled technicians and customer service advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 11 to deliver a seamless service to customers
  • Maximise profit and minimise loss through effective management
  • Optimise workforce scheduling to meet customer demand
  • Analyse customer metrics and centre performance data to drive business growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to exceed sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Proven track record of achieving success with teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience of managing capability and performance, including coaching and training
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • IT proficient, with experience of using Microsoft packages and in-house systems
