About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Admin Officer to join our team at Dnevo Partners. As a key member of our credit administration team, you will be responsible for the administration of a portfolio of assets, including bilateral, syndicated, and sub-participated loans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Loan Administration: Ensure the timely and accurate processing of credit business throughout the product life cycle, including loan origination, servicing, and repayment.
  • Agency/Bilateral/Sub-Participation Deals: Manage the administrative work related to agency, bilateral, and sub-participation deals, including drawdown, rate fixing, fee notices, and query resolution.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the full life cycle of agency deals, from origination to repayment, and ensure effective management and delivery of credit business.
  • Fee Monitoring: Monitor fees for both syndication and bilateral deals, and ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Transaction Processing: Process transactions in the credit system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Reporting and Reconciliation: Maintain daily portfolio reports and reconcile with back-office reports to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in credit administration, loan origination, and portfolio management.
  • Strong knowledge of credit products, including bilateral, syndicated, and sub-participated loans.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex transactions and resolve queries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
